Our apartment is like +45 degrees.. hot enough that you can’t fall asleep. I asked the landlady to turn down the heat when she was here and she said she can’t because the people upstairs are cold, and that thats the problem with basement apartments. Coming from living in a top floor apartment, and just SCIENCE IN GENERAL, everybody knows that heat rises.. So either the people upstairs are lizards, or they don’t actually exist.

Then my landlady promptly left our place and said “it’s like a sauna in here.” Thanks.
